AM7212/00 is a 12-inch, 2-way loudspeaker system featuring a JBL Differential Drive dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap 2262H low-frequency driver with a 300 mm (12 in) diameter. It includes a 2432H high-frequency compression driver with a 38 mm (1.5 in) exit and a 75 mm (3 in) voice coil. The loudspeaker uses a large-format Progressive Transition waveguide with a rotatable horn providing 100° x 100° coverage. The waveguide can be oriented vertically or horizontally. The system incorporates high-slope passive crossover networks to minimize band overlap and delivers controlled off-axis response to support array configurations.
