AM5215/66 is a 15-inch, 2-way full-range loudspeaker system. It features a JBL Differential Drive 265H-1 low-frequency driver with dual voice coils and dual magnetic gaps, measuring 380 mm (15 in) in diameter. The high-frequency component is a 2408H-1 compression driver with a 38 mm (1.5 in) exit and a 38 mm (1.5 in) voice coil. The loudspeaker includes a large format PT Progressive Transition waveguide with a rotatable 60° x 60° coverage pattern, allowing for vertical or horizontal orientation. High-slope passive crossover networks are used to minimize band overlap between drivers. The design provides controlled off-axis frequency response suitable for array configurations.
