West Penn Wire AQ225 is a 16 AWG, two-conductor unshielded Aquaseal cable for direct-burial and other moisture-prone low-voltage runs. Stranded bare-copper conductors, water-blocking tape, and a UV-resistant PVC jacket make it suitable for outdoor speaker, commercial audio, fire alarm, and control-circuit installations.

AQ225 carries CL3, FPL, and PLTC ratings with a 300V rating. It can support commercial paging, intercom/PA, power-limited fire alarm, security, and industrial control applications when its ratings meet the project drawings and applicable electrical code.
