The AW595-LS is a high-power, two-way, full-range loudspeaker designed for all-weather and life safety applications. It incorporates a JBL Differential Drive dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap 2265H low-frequency driver with a 380 mm (15 in) diameter, coupled with a 2432H high-frequency compression driver featuring a 38 mm (1.5 in) exit and a 75 mm (3 in) voice coil. The loudspeaker includes a large-format Progressive Transition waveguide that provides a 90° x 50° coverage pattern.
The waveguide is rotatable, allowing the loudspeaker to be mounted in either vertical or horizontal orientation. The system is equipped with a 400 W, 70/100 V transformer. The AW595-LS meets the EN 54-24 standard for life safety applications. Parts are sealed on LS models.
