The AW595-LS-BK is a high-power, lightweight, two-way, full-range loudspeaker designed for life safety applications. It features a JBL Differential Drive dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap 2265H low-frequency driver with a 380 mm (15 in) diameter, paired with a 2432H high-frequency compression driver with a 38 mm (1.5 in) exit and a 75 mm (3 in) voice coil. The loudspeaker includes a large-format Progressive Transition waveguide providing a 90° x 50° coverage pattern, which is rotatable to support both vertical and horizontal orientations.
Equipped with a 400 W transformer supporting 70/100V operation, the AW595-LS-BK is designed for all-weather use and conforms to EN 54-24 standards for life safety loudspeakers. The LS models have sealed parts to ensure durability in harsh conditions.
