The CONTROL 68HP-WH is a full-range two-way pendant loudspeaker designed for pendant mounting in open-architecture ceilings and similar environments. It features a 209 mm (8-inch) low-frequency driver with a Kevlar-reinforced cone and a 50 mm (2-inch) voice coil utilizing a fiberglass former. The high-frequency component is a coaxially-mounted 25 mm (1-inch) compression driver with a titanium dome and a Kapton voice coil former. The loudspeaker delivers a 110° constant-directivity dispersion pattern.
The unit includes a 68-watt multi-tap transformer compatible with 70V/100V distributed lines, switchable for 8-ohm direct operation. Two hanging cable systems are provided for mounting, including main and safety suspension cables, with height adjustment via a 4.5-meter galvanized steel wire rope equipped with spring clips and UL-listed cable fasteners.
