RDL D-RN12 is a single-gang, bidirectional Dante and AES67 audio interface that connects one local analog mic or line source to the network while returning two network audio channels to local analog equipment. The front panel provides a balanced XLR mic/line input and a software-selectable mic/line XLR output for convenient user access.
Two balanced line outputs are also available on the rear detachable wiring block. One carries the same network channel assigned to the front XLR output, while the second provides a separate network audio channel. This makes it easy to feed nearby amplifiers, powered speakers, recorders, or other installed audio equipment without running long analog audio lines back to the main AV rack.
The white D-RN12 installs in a standard US single-gang electrical box and receives power through its network connection using PoE. Input gain, P48 phantom power, output level, and attenuation are configured through RDL CONSOLE or compatible network control software. A Q-SYS plug-in is also available for use in Q-SYS-controlled commercial audio systems.
