DBD-501 | EDGE 8-CHANNEL ANALOG SNAKE DB25 TO SAME, 1M

DBD-501 is an 8-channel analog audio snake designed for professional audio connectivity. It features 24 AWG (0.18 mm²) oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors with XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation to provide low capacitance and thermal stability. Each channel is individually shielded with a 58-strand spiral shield to reduce radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). The cable assemblies include die-cast metal DB25 connector hoods for enhanced physical protection and EMI shielding.

The DBD-501 is wired to the Tascam D-Sub standard, ensuring compatibility with interfaces from Digidesign, RME, Yamaha, and other manufacturers using standard DB25 analog connectors. Breakout models incorporate Neutrik XX-Series XLR connectors featuring black metal housings with gold contacts. This product is designed for signal integrity and reliable analog audio transfer in professional studio and live sound environments.
