DFX-345M | HOSA PRO-CONEX LITTLE CAT BREAKOUT SNAKE, RJ45 TO 4 X XLR M

DFX-345M is a 4-channel analog audio breakout snake designed to transmit balanced audio signals over shielded Cat5e, Cat6, or Cat7 network cables with STP/FTP shielding. The unit features a locking RJ45 Ethercon- and Hosa EtherLok-compatible chassis connector on one end and a 3-pin XLR male fan-out on the other, enabling direct connection to mixing console inputs, audio interfaces, or stage boxes. The breakout housing is constructed from galvanized steel and includes integrated strain relief for durability.

This passive device requires no external power or digital conversion, transmitting analog or AES3 signals with minimal latency through copper conductors within the Ethernet cable. The integrated breakout whip eliminates the need for additional patch cables, streamlining setup and reducing connection points. The locking connections and heavy-duty enclosure provide secure, reliable signal transmission in various professional audio applications.
