The AtlasIED FC-8T is a premium-quality 8" ceiling speaker designed for high-fidelity music and paging in commercial applications. This blind mount speaker features a full-range 8" driver with a neodymium magnet to deliver a wide frequency response for smooth and accurate sound reproduction. Pre-installed with a 70V/100V 8-watt transformer and packaged with a factory-mounted enclosure and press-fit grille, the FC-8T provides simplified, secure installation with minimal hardware. Its blind-mount design eliminates visible mounting hardware for a clean, architectural finish, making it ideal for upscale environments such as hotels, retail stores, restaurants, and corporate offices. Unlike most ‘coax’ offerings, the IsoFlare driver exhibits excellent harmonic alignment between HF and LF sources, the effect of which is to deliver accurate and natural reproduction with superb tonal balance. Propagating a spherical wavefront, homogeneously aligned on all axes, the IsoFlare point source driver yields an even response throughout the listening area; a constant time delay over the entire frequency spectrum providing exceptional off-axis performance.
