Intellivox DS380 is a self-powered loudspeaker array featuring twenty custom-designed 4-inch loudspeakers arranged according to a patented beam shaping algorithm. The array is driven by a sixteen-channel Class-D amplifier powered by a switched mode power supply. It delivers a consistent sound pressure level over distances up to 45 meters, with extended range possible under less demanding acoustic conditions.

The system includes surveillance functions compliant with Voice Alarm life safety requirements and is controllable via proprietary WinControl software, which manages beam steering, audio processing, presets, and monitoring features. Its compact array length facilitates installation in architecturally sensitive environments. Low-frequency response can be augmented with an external JBL subwoofer system.
