Intellivox DS380 is a loudspeaker array featuring active beam shaping with a maximum constant sound pressure level over a distance of up to 45 meters under specified acoustic conditions. The array consists of twenty custom-designed 4-inch loudspeakers driven by a sixteen-channel Class-D amplifier, powered by a switched-mode power supply. The loudspeakers are arranged according to a patented algorithm to achieve beam steering.

The system includes extensive surveillance functions suitable for voice alarm and life safety applications. Control of beam steering, audio processing, presets, and surveillance is managed via proprietary WinControl software. The compact array length enables installation in architecturally sensitive environments. Additionally, the low-frequency response can be extended using compatibility with JBL subwoofer systems.
