The AUDIX Novacore NCBP is a meticulously engineered, professional-grade UHF digital bodypack transmitter. It is purpose-built to achieve seamless compatibility and deliver optimal, uncompromised
performance when used in conjunction with an AUDIX Novacore wireless receiver system. The transmitter utilizes advanced digital transmission technology to resist interference and maintain signal integrity. Its digital architecture ensures a pristine audio path, delivering clear, natural sound reproduction with a wide dynamic range. This performance is free from analog artifacts and compression artifacts associated with traditional analog companding. The bodypack form factor incorporates an ergonomic design for comfort. It also includes TA3M connectivity to support headset, lapel, and other specialized microphones from AUDIX and third-party manufacturers. Furthermore, the NCBP is equipped with robust features such as an easy-to-read LCD display for critical information like battery status, group and channel settings, and output power level. Advanced settings include adjustable gain control to precisely match various sound sources. The NCBP also features a durable chassis designed to withstand the rigors of professional daily use. · Adjustable input gain/sensitivity, a low-cut filter, and an audio limiter provide precise matching of the input level to the presenter’s or performer’s vocal dynamics, supporting improved signal-to-noise performance across compatible microphone capsules.
· Low/high configurable transmission power levels to conserve battery life in close-range applications or to support reliable coverage over longer distances in larger venues.
· Flexible multi-mode mute functions, including:
o Remote Mute, controlled via a latching or momentary switch (not included) connected to the bodypack’s 3.5 mm input;
o Mute Bypass, which prevents the user from activating the mute function; and
o Standard Mute, which allows live muting using the dedicated mute button.
· Intuitive display for real-time status updates of battery life, group/channel, and RF signal strength, with additional real-time parameters accessible through the MODE menu. Intuitive menu navigation controls, including transmitter lock, are securely located beneath the removable battery cover.
· TA3M mic input connection for use with AUDIX headset and lapel microphones, as well as other microphones terminated with TA3F connectors.
· 9+ hours of operation with standard 1.5V alkaline batteries or NCLB rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. (Recharge lithium-ion batteries via included USB-C cable or optional NCC charging stations).
