The OS12CX-B is a fully weatherized loudspeaker featuring a 12-inch/1-inch coaxial driver designed for short throw applications. The compact enclosure incorporates a full range Synergy Horn and a Synergy crossover network to provide phase alignment between frequency bands, minimizing off-axis distortion and improving frequency response consistency over distance. The system includes a multistage Sentinel protection circuit that limits overloads to the high-frequency driver without affecting dynamic range.
The loudspeaker is suitable for outdoor installations including sports venues, arenas, and recreational areas. It is supplied with a heavy-duty aluminum mounting bracket and angle strap for secure installation. For optimal performance, the OS12CX-B can be paired with compatible amplifiers or processors offering DSP capabilities.
