RDL RU-VCA2A is a dual-channel digitally controlled audio attenuator for precise local or remote level adjustment of balanced or unbalanced line-level sources. It can operate as a linked stereo controller or provide mono attenuation in professional audio, broadcast, control-room, presentation, and commercial AV systems.
The RU-VCA2A provides a 96 dB attenuation range in precise 0.5 dB steps using noiseless zero-crossing adjustment. Control options include front-panel or external pushbuttons, momentary pulses, rotary encoders, 0 to 10Vdc control, and a remote 10k potentiometer. Preset or last-used power-up levels, adjustable ramp times, and master/slave operation support both standalone use and expanded multi-module systems.
