VTX B18 | SINGLE 18" HIGH PERFORMANCE SUBWOOFER

The VTX B18 is a single 18-inch subwoofer designed for integration with VTX full-range sound reinforcement systems. It features the JBL 2288H 18-inch woofer, which utilizes Differential Drive dual voice coil and dual-gap technology to enhance linearity, increase sensitivity, extend excursion range, improve heat dissipation, reduce power compression, and widen dynamic range compared to conventional single-coil drivers.

The enclosure incorporates JBL's Slip Stream double-flared exponential low-frequency port to optimize airflow and minimize audible turbulence at high excursion levels. It shares physical dimensions and suspension hardware with the VTX A8, enabling combined flown or ground-stacked configurations. The VTX B18 supports deployment in omni-directional or cardioid arrays of up to 16 units.
