RDL D-NVC2 is a wall-mounted network volume controller for adjusting and muting one or two Dante or AES67 audio channels. Network audio is routed directly through the controller, allowing digital level adjustment of two mono channels or one stereo source before the signal reaches a Dante-enabled amplifier, processor, or other network audio destination.
The rotary encoder provides 1 dB level adjustment, push-to-mute operation, and menu access through a full-color LCD display. Output channels may be controlled independently or together, and stereo audio can be summed to mono through RDL CONSOLE software. Installers can also configure channel names, display themes, acceleration behavior, menu defaults, inactivity lockouts, and passcodes.
PoE power and standard US electrical-box mounting simplify installation in classrooms, conference rooms, hospitality spaces, houses of worship, multipurpose rooms, and other commercial AV systems requiring accessible local control of Dante network audio.
