The VLA-C265 is a two-way full-range loudspeaker featuring dual 10-inch Differential Drive low-frequency drivers, each with a 3-inch voice coil. The high-frequency section is horn-loaded and includes three D2415 drivers, each equipped with 1.5-inch annular diaphragm diaphragms, 1.5-inch voice coils, and neodymium magnets. This configuration provides controlled directivity and sensitivity optimized for sound reinforcement applications.

The enclosure is constructed from multi-layer reinforced fiberglass with steel end panels. The front grille consists of 14-gauge perforated steel that is zinc plated and powder coated, backed by acoustically transparent black baffle cloth, a hydrophobic mesh underlayer, and incorporates a waterproof rail system. The rigging system is integrated into the enclosure design, allowing fixed inter-box angles during array assembly, and compatible accessories include a rigging frame, pull-back bar, and a cardioid kit designed for subwoofer applications.
